Most STI test results are available within 2 to 3 business days after your pathology visit. Blood test results (syphilis, HIV, hepatitis) may take up to 5 business days. Urine cultures for UTI testing can take 3 to 5 days as the bacteria need time to grow in the laboratory. No results after 3 business days?
