Everything you need to know about free STI testing September

September is Sexual Health Awareness Month. To mark the occasion, Clinic365 is offering free STI testing for the first 4 days of September 2026 (Tuesday 1st – Friday 4th). This includes free online STI testing referrals and free telehealth consultations with our Specialist GPs.

What you get. Chlamydia, gonorrhoea, syphilis, HIV, and hepatitis B — plus optional self-collect throat, vaginal, and rectal swabs at no extra cost. With a card, pathology is — at every stage. Otherwise, the consultation is still free. Bring your private health or card to pathology — fees may be covered by your insurer. At participating pathology labs sites, we bill directly to most major insurers for overseas students. For other visa holders, most major insurers. Otherwise, pay upfront and claim from your insurer.

For cervical screening, contraception, BV/UTI, perimenopause, or pregnancy support, see our women’s online sexual health clinic.

Men’s sexual health questions? Our online men’s sexual health clinic offers phone consults — ED, PE, libido, MSM PrEP/DoxyPEP, sperm testing.

Who can book. Everyone. No age restriction. Available anywhere in Australia via telehealth.

Why free? STI rates in Australia are at record highs. Cost is a major reason people skip testing. By removing the barrier during Sexual Health Awareness Month, we want to normalise regular screening as routine health care.
